What shampoo or conditioner is best to have really thin and nice looking hair for men?

I have straight hair, it is quite thick and long, and i currently use head %26amp; shoulders shampoo and conditioner but still doesn't look exactly like the picture below so i was wondering which is the best way to make my hair look really smoothe and thin like this:

you just need a good voulme shampoo and conditioner and a root pumper spray i use Pantene sheer voulme and Big sexy hair hairspray
