What is a good shampoo and conditioner for damaged hair due to hair straightening and blowdrying?

I have been using a hair straightener for the past 3 years daily and frequent blow drying. I know it is really bad for you hair but i would like to find out how to some what reduce the damage that has been done. I can not stop straightening my hair to make it healthier because it will look like a mess. What shampoo, conditioner and thermal protectant are the best for my damaged and thick hair.


p.s. i hear that all drugstore shampoos have bad ingredients and are horrible for you hair so if possible please do not list any products with silicon or drying agents like alcohyl or fake colors and etc.What is a good shampoo and conditioner for damaged hair due to hair straightening and blowdrying?

joico moisture recovery shampoo and conditioner, also might want to use a healing serum of some sort. i don't know about thermal protectants because i don't use them. you can find these products usually at your local salon.
