What shampoo and conditioner??

I have a few simple questions.

I live in Az and it gets REALLY hot..I want to protect my hair this summer but I dont know much about hair products.

What shampoo and conditioner would be the best for me to use? And what does it do??(like volume, or frizz control)

Are Bedhead products worth the prices?

%26amp;

Do the make a sun block for hair? (like a spray that wont make it too greasy)

Thanks so much!!What shampoo and conditioner??
use ausi sun touched shine it protects your hair from sun by absorbing the good effects of the sun to make your hair all summer long and if you use it you shouldn't need and sun screen or anythingWhat shampoo and conditioner??
Well, for shampoo I really recommend the Aussie Cleansing shampoo (it's in a big, rectangular purple bottle) and the Garnier Fructis 3-minute masque deep conditioner. Really try to leave it in for three minutes. I also recommend if you straighten or curl your hair to use a ceramic one with a protecting spray beforehand. I've found the Dove one, which goes for about $4, to be comparable to the $15 CHI one. Moisturized hair is less likely to be frizzy.
Ok so heres my advice. Boil flax seed and use the oil it excretes for an anti-frizz leave in treatment (cheap beyond belief!) and it is the best anti-frizz- plus no overpowering smell. For shampoo and conditioner I suggest Pantene, it is not expensive and is really good (my personal faves are their Ice Shine products)

Hope this helps :)
I like in Phoenix. (Yep, in Arizona) I just use what I use all year round but a bit more conditioner. Your hair should be fine. I don't think they make sunblock for hair... Like I said, your hair should be fine. Wear a cute bandanna if your afraid when its gets like

115. Anything lower and you'll be okay =P Or a sun hat.
Herbal Essence. Works every time! I use the same thing and it feels like going in the pool! It's so relaxing and gentle. It's a great product!

hope i helped =)
One word: Ojon it's the best shampoo and conditioner ever.

What shampoo and conditioner would be the best for my hair? (more detail is explained)?

Now I am using Garnier Fructis ';Body Boost'; now. If I wash my hair during the day so it's clean the rest of the day the next day my hair would be greasy and oily at the top front of my hair. It seems like the only way I can keep it volumized and non greasy and non oily is if I wash it every day, but I don't have time to starting this upcoming week because I'm starting to take classes for my school. I have a lot of thin hair and I'm not sure what the best shampoo and conditioner I could use to keep my hair volumized every other day so I don't have to take a shower everyday. I would also want a shampoo that isn't too expensive because of todays economy. PLEASE HELP! Thank You :)What shampoo and conditioner would be the best for my hair? (more detail is explained)?

What shampoo and conditioner should i use for my dry hair?

I have really dry hair because I have bleached it and dyed it and so on...I have tired everything. But surprisingly the best think I have found to work is Head and Shoulders shampoo and the Aussie 3 min miracle. What shampoo and conditioner should i use for my dry hair?
I use Herbal Essences. I love their conditioner. I wash my hair and ALWAYS leave the conditioner in before I style my hair. I have TIGHT curly nappy hair. What shampoo and conditioner should i use for my dry hair?
you might want to give your stressed hair a good conditioner treatment. That can be purchased at your salon or at the local grocery store (if you don't go the salon.) it could take up to at least 3 treatments depending how dry your hair is.
first i would get a deep conditioning treatment. if yo don't go to the salon that do one at home. go to a beauty supply store and get a deep conditioner. shampoo your hair than apply the conditioner cover with shower cap and let it sit for 30 minutes apply heat with a blow dryer for more intense moisture. than for shampoo and conditioner use redken all soft shampoo and conditioner or alterna shamp+cond. when you condition in the shower let it sit for 3-5 minutes before rinsing and always use cooler water when rinsing it out. whenever you dry your hair use a serum or shine spray to protect it and use a light leave in conditioner. for more tips go to www.redken.com

Tips To Stop Hair Loss %26amp; Keep Healthy Hair Here are some hair care tips that you can use to help stop hair loss and keep your existing hair healthy and looking great. Please don't take these tips lightly. They are very important . The only thing they require is your time and commitment.

- Massage your scalp with your fingertips (not your nails) daily to stimulate and promote circulation to your scalp and reduce excess fallout. Invert your head while you shampoo %26amp; massage your scalp. This helps promote blood circulation to the head.

- Essential oils %26amp; tea . To stimulate scalp circulation, massage the scalp with rosemary essential oil or rinse hair with tea made from sage.

- Comb or brush your hair and scalp gently in the morning and at night. This helps break up hardened oils (sebum) that are clogging your hair follicles. Doing this alone has produced new hair growth. Do not over do combing or brushing.

- keep a distance from dryer's heat. When using blow dryers, always keep the heat a good distance from your scalp and hair. Avoid heating the scalp and hair excessively. Excessive heat will increase hair loss, and excess fallout.

- Avoid getting hair creams, lotions, styling gels and sprays directly on the scalp as they will clog your hair follicles. Use a light hold spray if you must.

- After swimming in a pool, shampoo your hair as soon as possible to remove any chlorine residue. Chlorine is extremely damaging to the hair and scalp.

- Avoid over-exposing your hair and scalp to the wind and sun. Good hair care over a long period really makes a difference!

- Avoid tight hats and caps as they contribute to poor circulation, depriving the hair of proper nutrition and stunting new hair growth. The sweat, dirt and grime around the rim inhibit follicle health and contribute to build-up.

- Always consult your health care provider for extreme causes of excess fallout and thinning. A medical condition or medication could be causing hair loss side-effects.

- Strive for balance and harmony in both your personal and professional lifestyle. High stress factors can cause your body to react by fluctuating hormone levels. This in turn causes excessive oil secretion (sebum) which results in hair loss.

- Pregnancy, nursing, menopause, and even birth control medication can cause constant changing factors on your nutritional needs and hormonal levels which contribute to hair loss and excess fallout.

- Avoid ';crash and fad'; diets. Proper nutritious meals along with vitamin and mineral supplements are a key factor for healthy hair and skin.

- Good hair care starts with awareness. These hair care tips, if followed consistently, will reduce excess fallout, hair loss, and promote new hair growth.

- Reduce hair loss effects by increasing your intake of vitamin C found in fresh fruits and vegetables, particularly citrus fruit and juices, parsley, broccoli, green peppers and black currants. Take a vitamin B complex everyday or brewers yeast. Increase your intake of protein found in meat, fish, liver, wheat germ, dried cooked beans and peas, tofu, cheese, milk and eggs.

- Take dietary supplements such as Vitamin B6, zinc %26amp; saw palmetto. Supplements are useful when you can't get enough from natural food sources.

- The Chinese believe that hair is nourished by the blood, and therefore influenced by the kidney %26amp; liver. Treatment is aimed at these organs using fleece flower root, wolfberry fruit or mulberry fruit.

- Eliminate stress or else it can be disastrous to your precious hair!

- Get enough sleep. Sleeping well is essential for the health of your hair as well as for the rest of your body.

There are ways you can help stop the grease from appearing but you have to work at it.

Do not wash everyday. The cleaner your hair is the more it can seep into your glands and harder it is to get rid of. When you do wash make sure you are washing with a cleaning shampoo and scrubbing the build up off. Take in mind that you also have to have a ph-balanced mild shampoo and lite scrubbing is recommended. Try to avoid conditioner at the roots, apply in the middle or on the ends.

Try to avoid oil in your daily food intake. And do eat more vegetables. You could visit your doctor but only after you check and consider your diet, drugs, alcohol, and your fatty food intake. Let's face it we see what McDonalds can do to your heart in a month, can you image your hair. You would be dripping everywhere.

Maybe it's time to change your shampoo. Ask your stylist what she or he would recommend. Avoid using shine products at all costs. Keep away from two-in-one shampoos and conditioners and any frizz serums.

To fix at the moment, rub a little Talcum Powder on your dried hair at the roots. Just make sure you wash it out. I wish they would event that magic product, but this will help until they do.

Here are 10 tips for to keep your hair strong, smooth, shiny and beautiful!

1. Keep your diet balanced, and eat protein and calcium rich foods. Stay away from junk foods! This is essential for healthy hair.

2. Foods and supplements to nourish your hair:

* Beans

* Yogurt

* Almonds

* Vitamin B

* Fish

* And of course, the magic potion for beauty - WATER

3. Before washing your hair, comb it well to make sure all knots has been loosened from your hair.

4. Before applying shampoo, use warm water (35 to 38 degrees Celsius) to run through your hair to rinse and wet it thoroughly.

5. When applying shampoo or conditioner, don't use your fingernails to scrape through your hair. Instead, use your palm and fingertips to massage your scalp and hair gently, in circular motions. This will help the circulation and also help to keep your hair shiny and smooth.

6. After rinsing away all the shampoo, run water over your hair for at least another half a minute (3 minutes is best) to ensure there are no remains of shampoo remaining in your hair, since this will cause a great deal of damage to your scalp.

7. When applying hair treatment products, do so just after you have washed your hair, so that your hair can absorb all the good stuff while it is half wet. This will be the best time for it to absorb nourishment.

8. NEVER go to bed with your hair wet! Hair that is half wet is most easily broken, and if you sleep during this time, your hair will be rubbing against each other, damaging your hair in the most terrible way.

9. Too much pressure may lead to hair loss! Relax... try some good relaxation methods such as soaking in a nice scented bath, listening to music, and eating healthy comfort foods such as strawberries and grapes.

10. Perming and coloring seriously damages your hair. Avoid it as much as possible. Also, when using hair setting products such as gel or putty, use as little as possible, because they hurt your scalp and hair. Wash them out thoroughly afterwards with a shampoo specially created for removing styling products.
pantene
L'OREAL hair conditioner is the best

What shampoo and conditioner do you use?

I use herbal essence , I think it is really great.

1/what shampoo and conditioner do you use?

2/have you ever used herbal essence - did you like it?

3/what shampoo and conditioner do you use? What shampoo and conditioner do you use?
1/what shampoo and conditioner do you use?- I use the Herbal Essences too. To be specific, the ';None of your frizzeness'; one. They have a conditioner and shampoo for it.

2/have you ever used herbal essence - did you like it? Ya, I do like herbal essences. I think their products work very well.

3/what shampoo and conditioner do you use?- LOL.What shampoo and conditioner do you use?
I use pantene, but now I'm starting tresemme, but I haven't used it yet. Pantene, is my all time favourite, especially the smooth shampoo and conditioner, it makes my hair soo smooth!

Yes, I used herbal essences, and I barley remember it, but... I really liked it, especially, how it made my hair smell, so nice!
I have used Herbal Essences many times, but the only thing I liked about it was it smelled good. It didn't do anything for my damaged/frizzy hair. A friend of mine's mom is a hair model and she told me to use Infusium 23 Repairology, shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner. I absolutely LOVE it. I recommended it to a few people on here and they all loved it and couldn't thank me enough. It works wonders for your hair. They have a lot of different lines: Volumology, Frizzology, Repairology and Moisturology. I dye my hair almost every month, and highlight it every other month (get bored with the same thing) and the only shampoo/conditioner that has helped me recover my damaged hair is that shampoo. it is the BEST!!!!!
1- shampoo- Mirtha de perales milk shampoo; conditioner- Rosemary Rinse conditioner as a scalp conditioner and for my hair Surya Henna in Strawberry and Buriti conditioner

2- I have used Herbal Essences the original before they started with their product gimmicky names in the clear bottle and the color of the shampoo was pink I haven't tried their new stuff cause I feel like all those shampoos are the same the tresemme, pantene and sunsilk and I just decided I'll go for products that have more natural ingredients in them and my hair is loving it looking shiny and healthy

remember one thing when going shampoo/conditioner shopping- what is the texture of your hair? and what is the problem your trying to solve ex: frizziness, dryness, dry/damaged hair etc? and choose products that cater to that specific problem it will make your life easier and will save money in the long run
1) I use Pert, the 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner =) lmao, my brother even uses it cause he said that it smells good xD

2) I used it when I was like, 5 %26amp; that's about it. xD

please help me!Sauve shampoo? dove conditioner? damaged hair help!!!!!?
it's time to do a deep conditioning and because you style alot with heat, you should do this once or twice per week.

Bed Head as a great range of moisturizing shampoo and conditioners. but I think dove would be OK also. But get a good deep oil treatment and conditioner VO5 works well believe it or not and use twice per week

before you start, get your hairdresser to trim off your dead ends.Sauve shampoo? dove conditioner? damaged hair help!!!!!?
use Aussie Moist shampoo and some kind of breakage or anti-breakage conditioner, from Aussie.
try a reconditioning treatment. you might be able to buy it at the store I'm not sure. I know they do reconditioning treatments at the salon. and avoid what damaged your hair in the first place.
If you don't mind spending the money, I've found that Redken works great! If you don't have the money for for both the shampoo and conditioner, at least splurge on the ';antisnap'; serum. I don't buy the shampoo and conditioner anymore, just the serum. I use Garnier Fructise now. That seems to work the best for my damaged hair.

Salon shampoo and conditioner?

i am a white girl with brunette hair fairly straight maybe a little wavy when air dryed. i think my hair ir healthy i just have frizzys on the top layer and my tips get kinda dry quick. im looking for a salon quality shampoo and conditioner. I have Nexxus and HATE it.... i was thinking about purchasing either Sexy Concepts Healthy Sexy Hair soy milk shampoo and conditioner or Redken all soft shampoo and conditioner. im not sure about either and i know they are both expensive. I dont want to purchase a product and end up with oily hair because its not damaged too bad. I have never colored my hair, i blow dry everyday, and occasionaly i flat iron. i used to use a clothes iron and i just purchased the Karmin titanium iron so that should be better for my hair..... i just want a great shampoo and conditioner that will work for my hair type. any suggestions will help...Salon shampoo and conditioner?
You should try Treseme (I think I spelled it wrong) But make sure you get the right one. They have some for volume, moisture, curls, and a lot more.

  • Best shampoo and conditioner for curly hair? lush?

i have dryish, frizzy, curly hair, has anyone with curly hair tried a good shampoo or conditioner? i really like lush- i love it that they`re against animal testing and try not to cut down on packaging( and their bath boms are fab!), but i`ve never tried any of their hair stuff-exept king of the mods hair gel, which is amazing-smells like skittles! Which of the shampoos and conditioners from there go together well? i want something that won`t dry my hair and will help frizz! Thanks! :D xxxxxxxxx

P.S im new to yahoo!answers, so Hi to everyone! lol! :DBest shampoo and conditioner for curly hair? lush?
    I love Lush too!

Curly Wurly will be good if you'd like to enhance your curls. It makes curly hair a lot bouncier, and makes it curl easier, and it makes straight hair sleeker! Also American Cream conditioner is fab, it smells like strawberries and cream and is very nice for making hair soft and shiney :)

If I don't help much, just go into your local Lush and ask one of the lovely assistants about Curly Wurly!! it's wicked

Salon shampoo and conditioner that wont build up?

i have long, wavy, dark hair. i dont dye it ever, and am now a days mostly air drying. my hair is probably what most people classify as 'normal' its easy to style, soft, healthy and managable, not thick, not thin. i just wash with rusk moist shampoo, condition with rusk 'calm' and let it air dry. use a bit of blow dryer sometimes. then i brush it out. right now my scalp feels a little itchy and dry and my hair feels a little buit built up. is it possible this shampoo and conditioner are building up on my hair? what is a good salon brand that will NOT cause build up? something for normal hair, daily use...Salon shampoo and conditioner that wont build up?
Most hair care products and shampoos and conditioners do tend to build up after so long, even if you don't use other products ...the shampoo and the conditioner can build up on its on. They do sell clarifying shampoos to remove that. But I recommend and use baking soda for build up and maybe every couple of weeks just take a good hand full of baking soda and mix in with your shampoo and wash your hair really really good massaging the scalp as well, then rinse really well and then repeat the wash but only with your shampoo and then condition. That should take away any buildup you might have and you really don't have to buy a extra shampoo. It really does work and your hair will feel so nice and soft when you are done.

    Hope this was helpful ~~~~

Good Luck~Salon shampoo and conditioner that wont build up?
I have the same hair type as you and i was told by a hair stylist that the best thing to do is to switch up your shampoo from time to time to help fight build up. also don't wash your hair everyday, try every other day so that the natural oils in your hair have a chance to work their magic.
if you are washing your hair everyday which isnt really recommended as you are not letting the natural oils do their job this could be why your scalp is itchy because it is dry i would reccomend biolage made by matrix use the hydrating shampoo and the detangling solution is the conditioner it is lite but still nourishing as you do not colour or over dry you hair you dont need anything too heavy
omg i have the same exact hair and i air dry

aussie hair does not cause build up and makes ur hair soft

DONT USE PANTENE IT CAUSES SERIOUS WAXY BUILD UP THAT MAKE UR HAIR GREASY

    i learned that from experience!

    good luck hun

    yes its possible, try biolage

Hair shampoo and conditioner for swimming?

Hey im going on Holiday to cornwall for 2 weeks next saturday, and every evening (well most) i want to go swimming, but i went last year and found that my hair feels like straw after wards from the chlorine, does anyone no of any hair products that are good for after going in the pool? my hair is really quite long and is straight, it hasn't been coloured (not dyed) since last year in july. it gets tangled easily.

I live in the uk, and not planning to buy over the internet because im 15 going on 16.

Please help me find a conditioner and shampoo, which is good for after swimming,

Thank you for any help given.

Hannah xxHair shampoo and conditioner for swimming?
what you need is a good clarifying shampoo. any clarifying shampoo should do but that is the one thing you have to have. The conditioner doesn't matter as much but personally i use a Tea Tree conditioner by Paul mitchell. It helps get the chlorine out and feels real good.Hair shampoo and conditioner for swimming?
Two things; first get a shampoo that will remove the chlorine - Ultraswim works pretty well, but any anti-residue shampoo will probably do the trick. The conditioner is the hard part, get a good high quality moisturizing conditioner like Nexxus Humectress. I saw someone recommended tea tree; I think that would be fine as well, and, I think the tea tree shampoo would probably do the trick as well.
Try going to your local drug store or pharmacy and see if they have anything. I don't know what products you have in the UK because I live in the USA but just try the advice above.
im a swimmer and the two brands of shampoo and conditioner ive ever used is the malibu 2000, and ultra swim. They both work great. good luck!!!
Go to swimoutlet.com and they have a bunch of selections of hair products that are specificly made to take out chlorine from the hair.

It's also dry on the ends, but can get greasy at the top.

And no brands like Pantene, Herbal Essences, Infusium 23.... I tried Redken conditioner also.

None of them seem to work for me, and apparently they're the cheaper brand with not so good ingredients.

I switched from Herbal Essences last November and went onto Pantente Ice Shine Shampoo and Conditioner.

It's FANTASTIC! Really gets rid of that nasty greasy build-up you get from air pollution and day-to-day life. The smell is very neutral, a cross between powder and perfume, it's a very clean smell and my boyfriend seems to think it smells very nice!

Every time I walk in the room after washing my hair he goes ';mmm, you've just had a shower'; : ]

I definitely recommend this one, your hair type isn't too far away from mine, mine's a lot longer than yours though.

Best shampoo and conditioner for frizzy hair?

    My hair's super frizzy/poofy/wavy.

It's also dry on the ends, but can get greasy at the top.

And no brands like Pantene, Herbal Essences, Infusium 23.... I tried Redken conditioner also.

None of them seem to work for me, and apparently they're the cheaper brand with not so good ingredients.

but I heard Suave is good... but that's like $3...

So what shampoo and conditioner should I get?!?!

    and nothing TOO expensive...

Thankyou :)Best shampoo and conditioner for frizzy hair?

Actually, Suave is actually really good. Me and my mom use ';Suave Professionals'; I have extremely curly/frizzy hair and the conditioner is really, uhm, conditioning.
Have you tried John Frieda Frizz-Ease shampoo, conditioner and the serum?
Yea, I agree, Tressme' is really good, or what about Biosilk, or Lo'real :)

What shampoo and conditioner should i use? plz read ->?

I was previously using Infusium 23 but it gave me dandruff. I HAVE NEVER EVER EVER had a speck of (noticable, at the most) dandruff. So,i wanna try sumtthing else.

Lemme tellyou about my hair. It if wavy, i have a side bang, it is about 5 inches below my shoulder, it gets frizzy, the new shampoo and condit. must make my hair smell good, i wash it every other dsay, it gets taangley very easily, it is 21 years old (lol...thaz how old i am so my hair is that 2!), yea!!

Whats wrong with herbal essences, that is what I was going to recommend, their new line is amazing especially the hello hydration. In that case I also really like Tresemme and sunsilk, and John Freda.

Gemma where did you find the Ice Shine? I've been looking for it and I can't find it.What shampoo and conditioner should i use? plz read -%26gt;?

What shampoo and conditioner should a guy use?

My boyfriend has this kind of haircut:

    http://photobucket.com/image/drake%20bel鈥?/a>

But his hair is really dry and rough UNLIKE the picture.

What kind of shampoo and conditioner should he use to make his hair look like this? Nice, moist, soft and straight? He says that he tried different shampoos and conditioners but after like 2 hours his hair goes back to being dry and rough. (uncomable)

What kind of shampoo and conditioner should my boyfriend use? Help please! Thanks! What shampoo and conditioner should a guy use?
american crew.. they have great mens shampooWhat shampoo and conditioner should a guy use?
its called neutrogena triple moisture shampoo. it comes in a tube and the only place i can find it is at cvs but its totaly worth the extra trip. also they make a conditioner too. same collection. its in like a gold/yellow tube with a greenish lid and the conditioner has a crusty mustard yellow lid. anyway i used it and i noticed a difference the first time. my brother uses it and girls ALWAYS like everytime he steps out the door, literaly, girls tell him he has nice hair. so i would most definately reccomend it. and its super hydrating. also for girls it gives a lot of bounce. but yea. use this one please i am telling you that your boyfriend will be satisfied.

Which shampoo and conditioner should i be using?

i get my hair chemically straightened with the brazilian keratin treatment every 6 months or so. i still use a straightener - conair or remington wet/dry - but i use it mostly when my hair is dry already. my hair is naturally wavy/curly, gets split ends and frizzes, especially when it's hot out, and is kind of dried out. i need something that doesn't have a lot of sodium in it so it won't counteract the straightening treatment, and can counteract the other problems my hair has (frizz, lack of moisture, split ends, constant heat styling) any ideas?Which shampoo and conditioner should i be using?
Pantene is the best. Not the Restorative stuff, the regular line, Pro V Moisture Renewal.

If you want something amazing to go with that, Oscar Blandi's Jasmine Oil Serum makes hair beautiful. And smells so good.

  • Best shampoo and conditioner for easily tangled hair?

My daughter has long blond, rather thin straight hair. It tangles so easily. She puts it up at night to keep it from tangling. If she leaves it down during the day she ends up with a huge knot in the back of her head. It is so fustrating. I have tried so many shampoos and conditioners, which she only applies the conditioner on the ends or otherwise she ends up with oily hair and build up. Got any ideas. I trim her hair also to keep it a decent length so it doesn't look stringyBest shampoo and conditioner for easily tangled hair?
I have hair down almost to the back of my knees. I use head and shoulders shampoo and pantene conditioner daily. When I go to the salon they tell me how healthy my hair is for being so long. With just a little conditioner the brush goes right through with no problem. I havent had a problem with oily hair or build up. Hope you try it.Best shampoo and conditioner for easily tangled hair?
I suggest Herbal Essences. I had the same problem when I was using Suave shampoo but Herbal Essences is great and leaves your hair super soft so it's great for long hair. Stay away from Garnier Fructis. That makes my hair greasy and tangly. Also they have Herbal Essences just for straight hair. It's called Dangerously Straight. Good luck and hope I helped :)

    Organic shampoo and conditioner?

i have a subscription to seventeen magazine, and in one of the issues that i've read, it showed this organic shampoo and conditioner called ';It's All Good'; and i was wondering, have any of you guys herd or seen this type of shampoo+conditioner, and if so PLEASE tell me where i can get some. Thanks.Organic shampoo and conditioner?
I dont know about that brand but I use http://www.aubrey-organics.com/ I have an entire set from them. Little pricy but they last a long time and are 100 % organic.Organic shampoo and conditioner?
    I also subscribe to Seventeen!

Well, I haven't actually looked for this type of Shampoo/Conditioner, but try Whole Foods Market! It's an organic store (not to mention HUGE) and has a lot of varieties! I know I've found tons of hair products that I like there!

    Also, search the internet!
I don't know if you have the grocrey store Jimbos or Henrys where you live but they have tons!!! Also, there is a great one that I used to use is called ALFA it smells clean and works great on my hair type which is normal.

Best shampoo and conditioner that helps keep highlighted hair from looking dull?

I bought some Pantene Pro-V Blonde Expressions shampoo and conditioner but was wondering if that really works? I also have Regis Design Line Normal Care Leave In Conditioner but I'm not sure how often to use it? (it's a spray)

    Questions:

    1. What shampoo's best?

    2. Will/Does the shampoo and conditioner I have now really work?

    3. How often should I use leave in conditioner?

    4. What other things can I do to keep the new look?

Also, My hair is somewhat shiny but I want there to be a little more? I have some Garnier Shine Wax but it makes my hair feel and look greasy? I don't really know if i put it in at the right time or the right amount it though? Is there any sprays that don't leave a greasy residue or maybe some mouse that shines?

Thanks!Best shampoo and conditioner that helps keep highlighted hair from looking dull?
The Pureology NanoWorks system is expensive but it makes colored and highlighted hair keep their color and it smells super good. Also use the glosing mist from Pureology. It'll make you hair shiny but not too shiny or greasy.

AVEDA is the absolute best I have found. For shine and also help with ends of hair try. Brilliant hair serum.

I also Love their detoxifing shampoo. IT does not strip my hair of the color but helps with ridding of buildup by using once a week. Then deep condition with Dry Remedy. I also always use Pantene BUT over time build up happens. So day to day it works for me and I alternate with the Detoxifing shampoo.
To be honest, most highlighted hair looks ';dull';.

But in the sense of being boring, not lacking shine.

    Dark hair is wonderful.
I use something made for colored hair that adds shine yours will work. For the shine... I would use uhhhhhh hold on I'll tell you in a sec I have to look it up.
use the johnson %26amp; johnson ';no tears'; it works wonders!!!

Which shampoo and conditioner should i use?

Okay. I have long blonde hair with natural highlights. the individual hairs are very fine, but my hair is really really REALLY thick. My hair is naturally pretty curly, but pretty tangeled and frizzy, so I would like a shampoo/conditioner that smooths out and straightens my hair. I also have a real problem with dead ends. Right now I use Pantene Smooth and Sleek or whatever, but it seems to weigh my hair down. I take my showers at night, and it seems to make my hair look greasy the next day.

What shampoo and conditioner do you recomend. I was thining of trying sunsilk or garnier fructis.Which shampoo and conditioner should i use?
I have the EXACT same hair! Fine texture, but tons of thick hair + curly + some deadends

Don't try sunsilk (it makes it worse)

Garnier Fructis SLEEK and SHINE shampoo %26amp; conditioner are really good -- and I like to follow up with the sleek N shine oil for the ends (it stregthens your hair and doesn't weigh it down). Also the anti-humectant straight cream smoothes your hair down.

    Next favorite is

John Frieda Sleek hair shampoo %26amp; conditioner, with above straightening products, as well as a spray on john frieda straight spray. It really makes your hair feel silky.Which shampoo and conditioner should i use?
I find that no matter what I use, my hair gets use to it and I get buildup, which sounds like what is happening to you. I like Pantene and Loreal products......the new Vive is nice in the pink bottle.
I've got curly hair that frizzes easily and I use john frida frizz control and it works well for the frizz. I've also used dove and it was pretty good too.
    matrix.
    tresemme
I use Sleek look shampoo and deep conditioner. It makes my hair silky smooth. It is more expensive to buy salon shampoo, but it really makes a difference. The salon shampoo is concentrated and so you don't have to use as much. The deep conditioner is what really helps and it doesn't leave my hair greasy at all. Shampoo is the one thing I will not go cheaper on.
Redkin works wonders and smells great it is kinda pricy

    Infuseium 24

    Paul Mitchel

I use all of these brands they work great
It sounds like you have hair that's pretty similar to mine. I use Aussie Moist 2-in-1 Shampoo. That way I don't have to use a conditioner, and my hair isn't weighed down so much. After I wash my hair I towel dry it and put in a small amount of Citre Shine Anti-Frizz Serum to make it look shiny and less damaged. To keep the curls together a bit more I put in Aussie Mousse + Leave-In Conditioner...it leaves your hair pretty soft and not quite as stiff-looking as a lot of other mousse products.
Go to an Aveda salon. They can recommend what products you should use on your hair. They can take care of your dead ends, like a trim.

I use the Smooth Infusion collection, and it works like a dream! It's great! :]
    Sunsilk the Purple Bottle. :]
Paul Mitchell Shampoo Two, with either Tea Tree or Leave-in-Conditoner. Best things for dead ends!
herball essences is greeeaaattttttt. i tried sunsilk and garnier fructis but they made my hair look drabb. lol i love it so much i use the purple kinda which is to de-frizzyfy my ccurlssssss. i love it goood luckkkkkk
    paul mitchel
sunsilk (de frizz) usually in a green bottle
I have the same exact kind of hair and i use Ion shampoo and conditonar and it work like a charm and keep my hair silky smooth.
I don't recommend Sunsilk... i wasn't too impressed with it when i tried it.

I suggest trying Tresme Sleek %26amp; Smooth :)

Best shampoo and conditioner for dry damaged hair?

want to know what YOU guys think is a great S%26amp;C. I prefer something that is at CVS and will help repair mild damage and not put wax in my hair. (like pantene). I hear nexxus is good. CVS also carries professional brands like Paul Mitchell Biolage, and Sebastian. My hair isn't super damaged, so I don't want anything that would make it oily. I straighten my hair all the time (i use heat Protector) so a shampoo %26amp; conditioner and meant from getting super straight hair would be great. I have THICK poofy frizzy hair. Thanks :D

PLUS: at CVS they have pureology shampoo and conditioner, but its 30 dollars a bottle which is ridiculous! is it worth it, or is there anything else that works the same for a lower price?Best shampoo and conditioner for dry damaged hair?
    treseme it's cheap and works

    What shampoo and conditioner?

i have straight hair except it has like one little annoying wave in it that never seems to go away and its sorta frizzy, does anyone know a good shampoo and conditioner that would help me- that you have tried that will make my hair straight? I was thinking Pantene or Herbal Essences or any brands you find worked well for you.( one that smells good and lasts all day is a plus!) I am looking in the price range up to 10 dollars..i wont really pay any more than that for shampoo and conditioner.

    thanks!

if you don't have the same hair type, a type of shampoo and conditioner you liked helps too. What shampoo and conditioner?
Shampoo cleans hair, that is all that it can do. Conditioner deposits minerals and oils back into the hair shaft. Neither if these can have any effect on your curl pattern, that is just a marketing scam. You can use heat or chemicals, sorry but products cannot change curl pattern. What shampoo and conditioner?
I have a similar problem with frizzy hair, however, you probably won't be able to find a good product for under $10. The best thing for my hair is the Joico Silk Result, but it is a salon brand and its not very cheap. If you do try it though I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
sunsilk straighten up! it works like a charm and smells great. you should also get the cream for styling

to be honest i think you're best getting a good two or three inches off the length of your hair. I know that if like me, your hair is your pride and joy, this doesn't sound like a great idea but i had the same problem with damaged hair and split ends and in the end i had to get around 3 inches off the length. Pantene smooth and sleek is a great shampoo and conditioner, and they also do hair masks for dry and damaged hair which is definately worth a try , hope i've helped :)
Your hair grows from your roots, not the ends of your hair.
I find the aussie shampoo and conditioners really good, your hair looks and feels healthy after using them and you can pick different types such as 'volume' for limp hair, 'moist' for dry brittle hair and there is also a total repair conditioner!
Try Biolage. The Milk conditioner is excellent for dry hair and tangles.

    Great Shampoo and Conditioner?

Does anyone know of a really good shampoo and conditioner that isnt harsh on hair. Due to the nature of my hair, I need to shampoo daily otherwise on the second day after sleeping my hair looks really limp and greasy. And due to this issue, my hair can become really dry. I've been using Aussie Moisturizing shampoo and conditioner but you're suppose to change them every 3-6 months so its time to try another shampoo brand. I have semi-thin hair that seems to slowly be getting thinner in the front (and im only an 18 year old girl.. so this really really sucks... how i love family genes...) anyways, so does anyone have any recommended products?Great Shampoo and Conditioner?
Let me tell what not to do you need to watch out for the ingredients in the shampoo that you are using like for example I know Suave contains ammonium lauryl sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate and ammonium laureth sulfate which are harsh detergents that dries the scalp since it strips away all the moisture. The Dove contains sodium laureth sulfate, disodium laureth sulfosuccinate, and ammonium chloride which are also harsh and it weighs down your hair with all that wax it has to create artificial shine. And guess what has Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, Ammoniun Laureth Sulfate ..that's right people's beloved Head and Shoulders. It is also has Benzyl Alcohol which can dry the scalp. These are some more ingredients to stay away from in shampoo and conditioner: petroleum jelly, alcohol(however these types of alcohol: cetyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, and myristyl alcohol, are fatty alcohols and are good for the hair: ) mineral oil, Aveda (www.aveda.com) has primarily natural ingredients, so that is why I use their Shampoo and Conditioner. Here are some more shampoos to be aware of. http://www.aubrey-organics.com/about/art鈥?/a>Great Shampoo and Conditioner?
You need to give your hair its strength back. I was my hair every day too. (if not its greasy becuase its fine, not thin, fine) anyway, you need to buy www.biolustreflorida.com prdocuts. I swear by them and after you add up the cost of shampoo and conditioner and leave in conditioner it ends up being the same. But you get their amazing rescue/revive repair treatment. Its awesome, I can do 2 treatments with it and then I use their shampoo becuase it says it has some of their magical stuff in it. I love their prodcuts. Good Luck! watch their video if you have any doubts

i really like dove shampoo, but it sounds like your hair is a bit on the greasy side, so that might not be ideal

id say head%26amp;shoulders would be a good choice. it keeps you flake free, hydrates your hair just the right amount, and they have new shampoos that smell better than the old
nothing that you can find in a grocery store except tresemme (sp?) theres a reason all that stuff is cheap cause its CHEAP its watered down and just not the best stuff to use. I would recommend going to a salon or a sally's or actually even Walgreen's has some actually salon used shampoos eve though there not supposed to it illegal but biolage is a really good one to
i have the same problem you do, i have to wash my hair every single day, otherwise it will look oily, and i hate it, the shampoo/conditioner i'm using is pantene, i use the one for straight hair, even though mine's not, but i love it because it leaves my hair really smooth and doesn't dry my skull or anything liek it, and i've been using it for a long time, and i mean a looong time, more than a year, and my hair is still smooth, i don't really believe that if u use 'X' shampoo/conditioner for more than 3,4,5 months it will mess up ur hair, mine's good, so try it, hope it works the same for u, good luck!
    catwalk work pretty good!!!
    DO NOT BUY CHEAP STUFF.

I use a few. Herbal Essences is My FAVORITE though. You might want to try it in Hello Hydration, to help with your dry hair.( It also has a lovley smell!)

Sunsilk is another one I like. But I prefer and reccomend the HerbalEssences by far
Believe it or not, Suave has a bunch of really good choices in shampoos and matching conditioners. Cheap, too.
umm i tht u can use jean yip one typof of shampoo which cost 48 buck..i used it when im 15 and dropped alot of hair..%26gt;%26lt; beside u can also try using wella hair shampoo and conditioner and u can get it frm belong frm sg website at 88db.com..i tht it can help to increase ur hair and i tht u can also use aseance hair mask...
heads and shoulders, even if u dnt have dandruff, is by far the best shampoo and conditioner

    Which shampoo and conditioner..?

Alright, I want to get a shampoo and conditioner for my hair.. I have short, fine hair, not thick but not really thin.. I straighten/blowdry it almost every day so I'd like something to protect it from that. My hair gets oily really fast - not to mention frizzy and poofy. I want it to also smell really good..I want to spend under 10$ on shampoo and under 15$ on conditioner. Right now i'm using big straight hair by Redken (I think), but in the past I used Herbal Essence - the pink straightening one.Which shampoo and conditioner..?
L'Oreal makes a great shampoo and conditioner called Vive Pro Nutri Gloss and the price is right. I also use Biolage smoothing serum . It is a protectant for blow-drying.You use just a few drops rubbed into hair before blow-drying. The Biolage costs about $15 for 4.2 oz., but I've had mine for more than six months and still have over half a bottle...a little goes a long, long way. Use too much and you'll be scraping your hair back by noon. Less is more, here. In really cold dry weather, I may not blow-dry every day, but still use a couple of drops of the Biolage on dry hair. It really smooths it and gives it a wonderful shine!!Which shampoo and conditioner..?
    Everyone loves treseme
Good job, Redken is the way to go! Don't use Herbal Essences anymore, it only makes your hair smell good. If you go to Redken.com, there is an evaluation you can take so you know which products are best for your hair type. You sound like you do a lot to your hair, which might not be the best, so Redken shampoo and conditioner can fix that. It was #1 in the New York Times and most hair dressers use that, so get a new type of Redken shampoo. Also try Neutrogena Triple Moisture shampoo. It will repair your hair so you can do whatever you want to it. I've heard that Pantene is really good too, so try that as well.
i love biolage shampoo and conditioner.

i also like bath and body works shampoos and conditioners
Color Vive Shampoo and conditioner work great and smell nice.

    http://www.lorealparisusa.com/_us/_en/de鈥?/a>
For oily hair, Aussie Cleanse and Mend is really good.

For colored hair, Garnier makes a color shield shampoo and conditioner.

For frizz and poof, I heard Herbal Essences None of Your Frizzness was good.

These are all pretty cheap options that you could find almost anywhere. I have curly frizzy hair, and I personally prefer Aussie Catch the Wave shampoo and Conditioner.
Use TRESemme Anti-Poof Shampoo %26amp; Conditioner. It will cost you around $6 for both. The Shampoo is in a black bottle and the conditioner is in a white bottle. When you finish washing your hair apply Garnier Fructis Sleek %26amp; Shine Leave In Conditioning Cream, which costs around $3. The conditioning cream will leave your hair frizz free all day!

Hope my tips help you :]

    It is for frizzy hair.
the best one i have found is Frizz-Ease brand. you can buy it at walmart and it really does help with frizz and hard to manage hair.

since your hair gets really oily quickly, use the shampoo on the top of your head and wash the ends with the lather created. when you condition, don't put it on the top of your head...only condition from the ears down.

What I would do is goto a store like Ulta or search on the web for a product that is geared for Color Treated Hair all around. (Pureology is one example but, expensive) Then you choose you shampoo and conditioner. For Example ... I have Fine, Dry Color Treated hair that I blow dry and style everyday. I use a Volume Shampoo and a Moisturizing Conditioner. Then I use a Light Leave in conditioner a Moouse for Volume and a GREAT PRODUCT WHCH I RECOMEND FOR EVERYONE Pureology's Shine Max. It keeps the frizzy's and flyaways at bay but also, drys your hair faster to keep your blow dry damage at bay. It makes your hair shiny and silky smooth (i've attached the web page) You can now find pureology products in stores like target and costco since the company was recently purchased by loreal but, it is still a great product. You can read about their store on the web page. You'll have to try it to believe it.

Which shampoo and conditioner should i use?

which of these do you guys like the best?

-head and shoulders -in the smooth and silky kind ( i was thinking of using it, even though i don't have dandruff)

    -organix

    -tresemme thermal recreations

    - loreal vive pro (the new yellow bottles/ any other)

-aussie ( does the catch the wave line work for curly hair?)

    -dove

i have naturally curly hair, which i straighten a lot. i also want to grow my hair out again, so if anyone has had any significant hair growth with any of these please tell me!

my hair is pretty damaged ( lots of split ends)

i don't really think that i want to use garnier (spelling) because i heard it has tons of waxes in it that are bad for your hair

    pantene also ^^^

i've tried herbal essences and didn't think it was anything great

for other suggestions, please make them ones i can buy at like wal-mart etc.Which shampoo and conditioner should i use?
my hair grew the longest and healthiest when i used pantene pro v. but if your hair is really damaged i would go with dove hair therapy. you can get it at shop rite. i have been growing my hair out for a while now and what seems to help me is coconut oil. put it on before you go to bed and wash it off in the morning. makes it very strong. either way it takes a lot of time.Which shampoo and conditioner should i use?
I would suggest Trevor Sorbie repair shampoo, because it worked wonders on my own hair (Which was damaged at the time) I also got it cut to lessen the split ends. Aussie do a really good 3 minute repairing conditioning mask which could help, it left my hair really soft and silky! How about using some heat defence creams when you straighten your hair? It really does help to keep hair healthy!

    Hope this helps :D
The best stuff your going to be able to get is not at wal-mart or any other big store.. Going to a place that sells redkin is the best thing to do. Ask a stylist they will tell you redkin will repair your damaged hair and it really works.. Pantene has PVC plastics in it that coat your hair. ITs REALLY BAD for your hair. Just spend a little extra on stuff you can buy from a stylist. If you want the best results
    get the tresemme i used

    sunsilk

    tresemme

    redken

to Pantene i found that Pantene works best FOR ME out of the 3
I love Tresemme!! After all, it's a salon formula priced good!

    What Shampoo and Conditioner?

What kind of shampoo and conditioner helps (makes) your hair grow REALLY REALLY REALLY fast in a REALLY REALLY REALLY short amount of time??? PLEASE help me!!!

Oh, and please don't say that nothing you put on your hair makes it grow faster, because I know that the shampoo and conditioner just conditions my hair and makes it less damaged over time.

I really need to know because my hair is a bob cut and it's naturally wavy (I straighten it every day) but I'm going to go to Catalina Island on March 5, (we're going snorkeling) but when I get it wet, it goes wavy again, and it looks like crap. (We're NOT allowed to bring straighteners) Trust me, my hair is really thick, so it's wavy on one side, straight on one side, then curly one the other, but then in most places, it's just plain out bent in weird looking shapes. And my hair isn't long enough to put up into a ponytail, so I don't know what to do..... The only thing I would say would work is to grow my hair out and then it would look okay if it's long and wavy so um....

    HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What Shampoo and Conditioner?
I've hear that Mane and Tail from Sally's will but I think if you take Biotin it will make it grow faster(it is a B vitamin that you can get seperately take around 1000mcg a day and it should help it grow faster-good luckWhat Shampoo and Conditioner?
Hi I wanted you to know I took Biotin once to help mine and it seemed to because mine grows slowly and I personally didn't get any acne or any ill effects sometime B vitamins make me a bit jittery because they give you increased energy??

Hope you have much success with your hair :-) Report Abuse

Um there's nothing that can actually MAKE your hair grow faster. It's a proven medicial fact. But there is shampoos/conditioners that help cause less damage, like help with making your hair be moisturized etc which could kinda slow down hair growth or make it not look good.

Tip-Don't use pantene though, its very bad for your hair.
my bangs are to my nose, like the bottom i can put them up, just put it up in a bunch of little ones, or french it , nothing makes it grow fast.
    Pantene Beautiful Lengths.

Okay Eqyss Ovation Cell Therapy. I used it's cousin product Mega Tek Equine Rebuilder and it really works. I have used it, and my hair grew thickened and grew like crazy, in just two weeks I saw a big difference in some bald spots I had!

    Drawbacks:

~Some people report increased hair shedding

~It's made up of tons of protein so apply it to scalp, NOT hair becuase unless hair is damaged it doesn't need a protein treatment.

    ~Expensive. It runs from $35 to $70

~Avaliablity. I had to order it on the internet. It might be available in equine stores.

    I got mine here: http://www.valleyvet.com/ct_detail.h...2鈥?/a>

It was designed for horses' coats but people can use it too. You apply it about 3X a week to your scalp for thicker/longer hair. But any product that promises to grow hair long fast (like biotin vitamins) is gonna have side effects becuase you are basically forcing your hair to go into the growing cycle. Acne, shedding etc. I would research it on the internet. People at http://naturallycurly.com are using it and have lots to say about it in the forums. AND I suggest you go to naturallycurly.com anyway becuase it sounds like you are fighting your texture and I think you can benefit from the Curly Girl Method in Lorraine Massey's book. You have to get the book the full details but I outlined it below for you:

    CG METHOD:

    1. No brushing

    2. Only comb hair with a wide tooth comb with conditioner in it.

    3. Do not wash every day. Opinion differs but it can anywhere from every other day to once every two weeks. Focus on scalp when you do wash. Hair gets clean from run off.

    4. Eliminate sulfates from hair products, they build up in curly hair cuasing frizz.

    5. Curly hair eats up moisture. Deep treatments every two weeks, condition everytime you shampoo or even co wash (wash hair with condish) and have a leave in condish every day.

    6. Twist/braids at night.

    7. Apply gel washing hair or a humectant, This prevents frizz.

    8. Plop hair with an micro fiber towel rather than terry cloth.

    8. Touch hair very little throughout the day.

    AMAZING RESULTS!!!!!

But in the end, you're going on vacation, don't worry about how your hair looks, just have fun.

EDIT: LOL okay but I'm telling you you're overthinking this. If the guy likes you he isn't gonna care what your hair looks like. I know becuase I thought my crushes were gonna hate my natural hair so I constantly straightened it too, turns out he really liked my crazy hair! And if this dude doesn't like you naturally, he isn't worth your time anyway. And as for your enemy don't even worry about her, she's a loser. My 2 cents

  • What shampoo and conditioner is right for big, frizzy hair?

Hi im 11, almost 12 and my hair is really big and frizzy. I have long hair. I would like to know what shampoo and conditioner would be right for my hair so it can not be frizzy or that big anymore. I currently use Garnier Fructis shampoo and Pantene conditioner. Is that a good product for my hair? and also i use Garnier Fructis Leave in Conditioner after I shower.

so basiclaly these are the questions i would like you guys to answer=

    1) What shampoo/conditioner do you like alot?

    2) What shampoo/conditioner do you recommend for big, frizzy hair?

    3) Do you switch shampoo/conditioners often?

    4) What products do you use on your hair after you shower?

    5) Does heat on your hair make it frizzy?

    6) Is pantene and garnier fructis good for your hair?

Sorry, alot of info and questions, lol. THANKS =D i appreciate it :)What shampoo and conditioner is right for big, frizzy hair?
Garnier Makes your hair more dry I find, because it has citruses in it, etc. For more affordable products, i'd stick to pantene pro-v, the thicker the conditioner is, i find it works the best, also tresemme, always makes my hair smell and look good. I have very big and frizzy hair also. I use RedKen its amazing, but I find it a bit expensive.

Leave in conditioner causes build up, so Id stick to a serum,, put it in your damp hair not wet, so your hair can absorb it more easily. After a shower I use Chi infusium, but Frizz-eas, from John frieda works really well too. Dont ever blow dry your hair, if you already have dryness problems in your hair. Just use a good heat protecter, and straighten/curl itWhat shampoo and conditioner is right for big, frizzy hair?
    1) I have curly frizzy hair and I like Garnier Fructis alot it works so well

    2) If your hair is still frizzy after you wash it then Garnier Fructis and Pantene aren't working for you, but I reccomend Sunsilk or Paul mitchell shampoo and conditioner

    3)Noo

    4) when i put conditioner in my hair i comb it through and afterwards i usually apply styling products to my dripping wet hair such as John Frieda Frizz Ease Dream Curls or I especially like TIGI Bedhead Control Freak. It looks so nice.

    5) Moisture and heat make your hair frizzy

    6) IT depends on your hair type

    I Hope I Helped!!!
-i Love my Garnier Sleek %26amp; Shine !

What shampoo and conditioner is the best for hair details inside. Price is no issue?

im going to dye my hair black and put a purple streak in it. I dye it red-ish now. anyways my shampoo and conditioner (panteain pro-v) does not seem to work well. it makes my hair dryed out. I was wondering what ones are the best i would love to have healthy hair and is there any that make your hair grow a bit faster? the pro-v is suppost to help with that but does not :[

10 points best answer =DWhat shampoo and conditioner is the best for hair details inside. Price is no issue?
    I'm going to be honest with you... Like I tell many people here, when it comes to your hair: ';You get what you pay for';

I bleach and re-bleach my hair all the time and Paul Mitchell always saves my life (And my hair) after all these strong chemical processes.

Aside from that, Redken, Matrix, etc.

Even though shampoos/conditioners are all about experimenting and seing what goes well with your hair, I may tell you I love Paul Mitchell but you may hate it, just like some people say Suave is the best and I feel as if it makes my hair feel like hay...

Hope this helps! What shampoo and conditioner is the best for hair details inside. Price is no issue?
you need a more professional product such as redkin or matrix. all color manufacturers should have a product line for color treated hair. also, what do you do daily for styling? (blow dry, flat iron?) if you flat iron daily, then that is what is making your hair dry, not the conditioner. if your hair grows slowly naturally, then its not going to speed up!! there are products on the market that will promote healthy growth, not faster growth. Try matrix Color Smart shampoo n conditioner. you can also try a moisture retention shampoo to help with the dry hair. you also need to use a thermal sealant or serum to help protect your hair from thermal styling, including blow drying.
google: ';best shampoos and conditioners for [whatever hair type yours is] and see what comes up. you might want to look at what makes shampoos and conditioners so great, and what you want to look for in them.

(sorry, id google this stuff and post links, but my computer is being very weird and won't load google)
I got sick of cheap shampoos at Target and started buying Redkin at Beauty Brands. I just stock up every time they have their liter sale. It takes the oil out of my hiar and moisturizes it just enough for some natural shine. I love it and I don't think I'll ever use anything else. I just miss the Target prices! :D
I have greasy hair and I used to use horse shampoo. it makes your hair thicker, i dont know if it made it grow faster...maybe it did but i had to wash my hair like twice a day so it wouldnt look wet. it moisturizes nicely. you should try that.

After shampoo and conditioner , it is advisable to put some drops of oil for sheen and moustrized or u guide?

I advise that you check out what kind of hair oils are out there. Only use natural oild like jojoba oil or coconut oil. Practice using it at home when you have nothing planned, or before the shower so you get a feel for how much is too much. NEVER use baby oil, or any other mineral oils. That is like putting motor oil on your hair! After shampoo and conditioner , it is advisable to put some drops of oil for sheen and moustrized or u guide?
No. I definitely would not do that. Oil dries out my hair. All you need is the conditioner. But it also does depend on your hair type. After shampoo and conditioner , it is advisable to put some drops of oil for sheen and moustrized or u guide?
I don't reccomend doing that. It will probably make your hair greasy. I think conditioning is enough. It makes your hair managable, shiny, and smooth. If your conditioner isn't doing this for you try getting a kind that would be just right for you. Like, shampoo for just blondes. Or if your a brunette or red head get that kind. I hope this is helpful. Isabel
i use an Infusium leave in hair spritz after i shower. i think an oil or gloss will just leave your hair slimy.
it depend on the kind of your hair
I always do. I use Carrot OIl creme weekly and apply Isoplus oil sheen in the can daily.
    No.
    i use baby oil
oil? no- but you could use various hair care products, like hair serum, pomade or other balms. I like Redkens ';Smooth out';. You only need a little though!
depends on what suits your hair.......
plezzzzzz don't apply any oil unless u want them to look a bit oily, why don't u go in for levon or somethin like that

Best shampoo and conditioner for my hair?

I have thick, straight hair, a little past my shoulders. It really bugs me because it gets really greasy all over but mostly on the roots if i dont wash it every day. But it also gets really frizzy too. I dont know what kind of shampoo and conditioner is good for that. cause like if i get a anti-frizz shampoo, wont it make it greasy? and if i get like one for greasy hair, im afraid it will make it more frizzy and be dry. if you have hair like this or know what is good to use, please let me know. i am open for any brand, but not really expensive. and i like the kind u can get at the drugstore and stuff like pantene, suave, etc. like not salon stuff. idk just recommend whatever you think is good. and give links if you can. thanks in advance :)Best shampoo and conditioner for my hair?
Head and Shoulders Refresh 2 in 1 Or Head And Shoulders Citrus Breeze.Best shampoo and conditioner for my hair?
I know of people who use a dry spray shampoo as an alternate to washing their hair every day. Washing your hair everyday could actually contribute to the dryness If you just spray your roots with it, it should take away the greasiness without drying out the rest of your hair. I definitely recommend avoiding any 2 in 1 shampoo conditioner combos though because it will only make your hair greasier. I cant recommend any specific brand of spray in shampoo, but if you just google '; dry spray shampoo'; it turns up some reasonably priced results. Hope this helps!
DONT USE ANYTHING FROM A DRUGSTORE

My hair is the same way. But i started using pantiene Natural Fusion. That stuff is amazing! Its smells so natural and sweet. It makes my hair real shiny and soft and not frizzy. I so think you need to try it it's amazing. And it only cost like 3.00 dollars a bottle.
    Ask Mike.

He knows what to do in these kind of situations.

I asked him and he said that the best hair solution is to mix up ketchup and mayonnaise. Try using an automatic blender.
idk, but DONT use pantene. it makes ur hair feel good and healthy, but it doesnt really do anything

    Aussie shampoo and conditioner.
My hair is sometimes like that to! I would use Head and Shoulder 2:1 or Suave Naturals.
Choose from whichever Redken range suits your type of hair best, to be honest!!
Recovery complex from bain de terre. Salon item.
try getting an anti frizz shampoo

then to get rid of the greasyness put baby powder in your hair (it works)

head and shoulders 2 in 1
I have the same hair type and it is hard to find answers. After much trial and error, this is what I have found, and its cheap.

Week 1: Alberto Vo5 shampoo with Tresemme conditioner.

Week 2: Suave shampoo with Pantine ProV conditioner.

Once every month or two throw in one washing in any brand of your choice.

Apply conditioner only to hair that is past your chin.

I don't think quality of shampoo makes mush of a difference as the conditioner does, but you have to alternate often to prevent build up which will only add to the the appearance of oiliness.

There is so much information out there for dry hair, but it seems we are stuck with trial and error. I hope this works for you.

  • Great Shampoo and Conditioner?

If you have to shampoo your hair everyday then use these:

    satinique shampoo and conditioner
i really like dove shampoo, but it sounds like your hair is a bit on the greasy side, so that might not be ideal

id say head%26amp;shoulders would be a good choice. it keeps you flake free, hydrates your hair just the right amount, and they have new shampoos that smell better than the old
nothing that you can find in a grocery store except tresemme (sp?) theres a reason all that stuff is cheap cause its CHEAP its watered down and just not the best stuff to use.

I'm usually a person who does buy cheaper stuff,

But when it comes to Makeup and Hair,

    You really shouldn't.

Go to like Ulta and ask for some help, and they'll help you.

They have many great problems that help variety of things!

    I hope I helped.

A good shampoo for you would be Super Strong Daily Shampoo and Super Strong Daily Conditioner by Paul Mitchell.Whats the best shampoo and conditioner for African Americans?
No matter what kind of hair you have and no matter what kind of hair issues you currently have you cant go wrong with using a good hair oil... many people use coconut oil or sesame oil and these are good choices as these oils will help hair growth and keep the hair moist and also helps maintain the right sebum levels, so before you try anything try hair oil. The best one I know off is Mira hair oil0that is what i use and I never have problems with my hair. Take the oil and massage the oil onto your hair and scalp, it will promote healthy hair growth
