i never used kid ones cuz i had to share shampoo with my sister
Anyone who is old enough to keep the shampoo and conditioner out of their eyes, until then use no tear shampoos.

It's not uncommon for adults to use baby shampoo. Those that do use it have fine hair or sensitive skin.





Then again, if you're old enough to ask this question, then your probably ready for big girl shampoo :P
If you're old enough to put this up (min age is 13) you're old enough to use adult shampoo and conditioner. They only call it adult because it's not meant for babies. Very simple. So go ahead and try them. But I would buy a travel sample to see if it is good for your hair and you like it. If you do like it, get a full size and enjoy! :)
Whenever you're old enough to know how to use shampoo without getting it in your eyes. Kids shampoos are made just for that pretty much.

I don't think you'll find the answer in age. It really depends on when you know how to wash your hair without getting shampoo or conditioner in your eyes.
