Which shampoo and conditioner should i use?

which of these do you guys like the best?


-head and shoulders -in the smooth and silky kind ( i was thinking of using it, even though i don't have dandruff)


-organix


-tresemme thermal recreations


- loreal vive pro (the new yellow bottles/ any other)


-aussie ( does the catch the wave line work for curly hair?)


-dove





i have naturally curly hair, which i straighten a lot. i also want to grow my hair out again, so if anyone has had any significant hair growth with any of these please tell me!








my hair is pretty damaged ( lots of split ends)








i don't really think that i want to use garnier (spelling) because i heard it has tons of waxes in it that are bad for your hair

i've tried herbal essences and didn't think it was anything great

my hair grew the longest and healthiest when i used pantene pro v. but if your hair is really damaged i would go with dove hair therapy. you can get it at shop rite. i have been growing my hair out for a while now and what seems to help me is coconut oil. put it on before you go to bed and wash it off in the morning. makes it very strong. either way it takes a lot of time.Which shampoo and conditioner should i use?
I would suggest Trevor Sorbie repair shampoo, because it worked wonders on my own hair (Which was damaged at the time) I also got it cut to lessen the split ends. Aussie do a really good 3 minute repairing conditioning mask which could help, it left my hair really soft and silky! How about using some heat defence creams when you straighten your hair? It really does help to keep hair healthy!

The best stuff your going to be able to get is not at wal-mart or any other big store.. Going to a place that sells redkin is the best thing to do. Ask a stylist they will tell you redkin will repair your damaged hair and it really works.. Pantene has PVC plastics in it that coat your hair. ITs REALLY BAD for your hair. Just spend a little extra on stuff you can buy from a stylist. If you want the best results
