Does anyone know of any shampoo and conditioner that actually straighten wavy hair?(my hair is wavy and I want it straight)
1 more question, any shampoo's or conditioner's to control flyaway's and frizz that work?(its only at the very top of my head)
DO NOT say herbal essences or panteen. They completley ruined my hair the 1 time i tried each!!Shampoo and conditioner??
My 16 yr old daughter's hair is thick and wavy. I went to a hair salon and bought a product called ';Bed Head';. She has dry scalp, so the shampoo was great for that. She wanted straight hair so we used the conditioner, a wide, flat paddle brush, and a blow dryer. It worked! Her hair was shiny, smooth, and very straight! It's her favorite hair product now. The cost was $14.00 for the shampoo %26amp; $12.00 for the conditioner. The prices may vary in your area.Shampoo and conditioner??
I have the same problem try sunsilk and try sratighting it every few days
The new Sunsilk line is pretty good, but to straighten wavy hair I think your only choice is to blow-dry it straight.
For frizz, try any of the smoothing serums out there - Fructus has a Sleek %26amp; Shine that isn't bad, there is also on from Silking that's pretty good.
I'm not sure what will straighten wavy hair, but Tresemme and Nexxus are good brands to try that are available in stores.
I'd go with the sunsilk line
I used Frizz Ease. Been using it for years and it works great for me. The entire line is fairly affordable. I use the Shampoo and Conditioner...then I apply some Hair Serum before I straighten (My hair is very think and curly). It works well for me!
Well, I have wavy hair too. I have tried almost all of the products that claim to straighten hair. They don't really work. What I have found works best is Frizz Ease Hair Serum. You put about 3 little pumps in your hand (don't overdo it) while its damp and then blowdry upside down.
They are several things that you can do to make your hair less frizzy, more smooth, straight, and manageable without using chemicals or heat. Moisture is extremely critical to make your hair less frizzy and keep your curls bouncy. However, you need to infuse your hair with long-lasting moisture that comes from within your body and also from the application of a product. You need both to make your frizzies less.
Tip #1: Do conditioning pre-wash treatments to your hair before shampooing it. Simply whip up 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and a 1 egg. Let it remain on your hair for at least an hour. The lemon juice will act as a straightener. The mayonnaise and egg will strengthen and moisturize your hair. Do this 2-3 times a week.
Tip # 2: Buy a high quality, all natural hydrating and straightening hair care product for your hair. I have tried several hair care products, including Keratese, Giovanni, RedKen, Burt Bees, Ojon, and Tigi. However, I recommend using Beauty 4 Ashes鈥?GodHead Silky Smooth Hydrating Shampoo %26amp; Conditioner. It will hydrate and smooth your hair while infusing your scalp with essential oils made to grow and treat dry, frizzy, and damaged hair. The product also contains moisturizing Aloe Vera, Coconut Oil, Vitamin E, and Jojoba, which will heal and reduce frizziness while making your hair shiny, smooth, and healthy. The product will also soften and detangle your curls better than most, if not all, products on the hair care market. As a result, your hair will be more manageable. You can find at Beauty 4 Ashes Christian Health %26amp; Beauty's website. A lot of stylists are beginning to use it in their salons.
Tip #3: If you go with another brand of products, make you stray away from traditional, unnatural hair care products available for purchase in most drugstores or beauty supply stores. They contain synthetic emulsifiers and harsh detergents, such as Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, Phosphates, Dimethicone, and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. Unfortunately, these products are loaded with toxins and chemicals and will strip your hair of moisture and nutrients it needs to be soft, smooth, healthy, and hydrated. This equals more frizz.
Tip #4: Do not use hair products with alcohol ingredients in it. They can dry one 's hair and make frizzes worse.
Tip #5: Do not rub your hair with towel. A towel worsens the cuticle and causes them to stand.
Tip #6: When it is necessary to use a blow dryer, use the dryer in a downward motion towards the end of hair.
Tip #7: Rinse your hair locks in cool water to seal the hair cuticles.
sunsilk makes a straightener they also make shampoo and conditioner
no but get a herstyler straightner... its really expensive but they work SOOOOOOOOOOOO well... i sware on it.
P.s. i went on vacation to Ohio to see my aunt and you can get it at the fairfeild commons mall....
I don`t have wavy hair, but I think Sunsilk is quite good!
Aveda. It doesn't straighen hair all the way, but it helps ALOT. My hair is naturally really curly, and I straighen it everyday. I use Aveda and Chi products, and I swear on them. They are amazing.
ive just switched to Dove, i use the dark blue bottle and the lighter blue conditioner...
those little hairs? i have them too. nothing can be done. but the dove does pretty well.
