!you are in the 'singles and dating' section!
if you have dry hair, use 'leave in moisturising conditioner' after a moisturising shampoo! the 'leave in' conditioner will do wonders and wont leave hair sticky and greasy or oily, which feels real yucky!!!Have very VERY dry hair. want help. hate it . tried shampoo and conditioner with moisture. suggestions?
You definately have to use a uvb uhd oil that blocks the heat from your hairdryer to hair..ghd hot oil-35$ recommended. then u can blow dry your hair all the time.. spray from a distance so the spray hits every strand of hair . by experience my hair was soooo dry but i found that kerastase which is soooo exppensive helped my hair get back to shape. salon hairstylist say shampoos are the most important to wash your hair with , so use a proffessional shampoo then you can wash with a conditioner sold from supermarket. Make sure you also use leave in conditioner on your hair. mainly spray at ends. shines arent conditioners..its only for look kms is the same brand from kerastase just cheaper. I do suggest getting salon products. your hair will get back to shape if you use them. the sun also dryes your hair so cover it. hope i helped you!
add proteins, zinc, vita E and A to your diet. if you have time, try these-
apply olive oil, heena powder- it is natural conditioner. beat one egg and mix heena powder, 1table spoon of olive oil, apply this mixture for 1hour and wash with cold water. don't comb in wet hair. protect your hair from sun by wearing hat. avoid chemicals or too many shampoos or conditioners.
Beat an egg in a cup of milk. When it foams, rub it into the scalp.Leave it on for 5 minutes. Rinse the hair thoroughly with water.Carry out this routine twice a week for excellent results for dry damaged hair. Check out http://solutionsfordryhair.blogspot.com/ for more info.
If you go to the hairdresser and get a treatment...works wonders! you need to you a 'really good' leave in conditioner not the supermarket brands.
