I always wondered about how much other people use. Good question.





My hair is long and thick and it reaches till my lower back so I use a whole lot of it...maybe as much shampoo that would fit in my whole palm, twice or maybe thrice. I use even more amount of conditioner after that 'cause I want it to be nice and smooth. The amount of shampoo or conditioner depends on the type of hair, the thickness and also the length. thats a really weird question but i use alot plus i also do it twice like i use a lot of shampoo i wash it out then i use alot of conditioner wash it out then i use lots more shampoo wash it out use more conditioner and wash it out then its really weird cause in the morrning my hair is super soft and easy to brush with like no knots
The back of the bottle should tell you what you need, but I use a good blop, and that ends up being about a tablespoon of shampoo and a tablespoon of conditioner.
About a quarter size of Shampoo and a small hand full of Conditioner

but i have a 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner.
I have long hair, so I go through bottles of shampoo very quickly.
I have a lot of LONG, thick hair. So, I fill my ENTIRE cup of my hand with it.
A dollup will do ya.





About the size of a quarter each.
I usually just squeeze the stuff on my hair, I'm serious. Haha.
