What shampoo and conditioner should a guy use?

But his hair is really dry and rough UNLIKE the picture.


What kind of shampoo and conditioner should he use to make his hair look like this? Nice, moist, soft and straight? He says that he tried different shampoos and conditioners but after like 2 hours his hair goes back to being dry and rough. (uncomable)

its called neutrogena triple moisture shampoo. it comes in a tube and the only place i can find it is at cvs but its totaly worth the extra trip. also they make a conditioner too. same collection. its in like a gold/yellow tube with a greenish lid and the conditioner has a crusty mustard yellow lid. anyway i used it and i noticed a difference the first time. my brother uses it and girls ALWAYS like everytime he steps out the door, literaly, girls tell him he has nice hair. so i would most definately reccomend it. and its super hydrating. also for girls it gives a lot of bounce. but yea. use this one please i am telling you that your boyfriend will be satisfied.
