1 tablespoon of baking soda with 1 cup of warm water. Then scrub your hair like you just put shampoo in it. It will not suds like most shampoos, but it will clean your hair. You will have no need for conditioner.
I only started using dove get fresh therapy shampoo + conditioner for about a month, and my look immediately softer..
