i would go with the long term relationship. its the one in the red bottle. smells great. it should be able to cure the frizzy-ness while helping keep your long hair sane. i have a hair brush that when you brush your hair it controls frizz. it is conair with soft grip handle. if the shampoo doesnt help the frizz you can always use hand lotion. put some on your hands rub it in then softly put some on your hair but not too close to the scalp. hope you have luck. :)Which Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner would work best for me?
Any of those would help, but I would go with either dangerously straight, none of your fizziness or long term relationship. To help your frizziness and kinks, usually combing the conditioner in and combing your hair after you wash it helps. You can also use leave-in products designed for frizzy hair, or smoothing your hair. Hope it helps!
Any of them would help your hair a great deal.

I recommend Long Term Relationship.

To get my hair soft, I leave my conditioner in my hair for 5 minutes or more in the shower and then rinse it out. The longer you leave the conditioner in, the better.

What I do is shampoo, rinse, put conditioner in, clean my body/shave for a while, and then rinse. My hair is super-silky afterwards.

There is one that is not on your list called hello hydration, it is in a blue bottle. It works really well because it makes it not frizzy and really shiny and soft. And to get rid of the frizziness AND the kinks, i would suggest using a comb, not a brush, to comb out your hair every day after a shower. Brushes just make hair more frizzy, (if you have really thick hair like me)

I think you should use the ';None Of your frizzness'; shampoo and conditioner just use a detangling spray and comb through your hair with a comb to get ride of the kinks I recommend using John Frieda ';Root Awakening Spray'; http://www.johnfrieda.com/products/produ鈥?/a> ; I hpe this helps :)
the last one- long term relationship, cause you have the long hair and you want it soft.
HARMFULL INGREDIANTS IN SHAMPOO AND OTHER BEAUTY PRODUCTS (including Herbal Essences)

List of Carcinogens from the US. Government Offices

6th Report on Carcinogens from the General Accounting Offices of our government on Propylene Oxide, (propylene glycol is a derivative)

PROPYLENE GLYCOL(MSDS)

Called a humectant in cosmetics, it is really ';industrial anti-freeze'; and the major ingredient in brake and hydraulic fluid. Tests show it can be a strong skin irritant. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) on Propylene Glycol warn to avoid skin contact as it is systemic and can cause liver abnormalities and kidney damage.

Propylene glycol - What products its in and and what its used for

MINERAL OIL (PETROLATUM, PETROLEUM) (MSDS)

First Report on Carcinogens from the US Government: Coal Tars and Mineral Oil

Comes from crude oil (petroleum) used in industry as metal cutting fluid. May suffocate the skin by forming an oil film. Healthy skin needs to take in oxygen and release carbon dioxide. This process should not be inhibited. Holding large amounts of moisture in the skin can ';flood'; the biology, and may result in immature, unhealthy, sensitive skin that dries out easily.

PETROLATUM, PETROLEUM, MINERAL OIL (MSDS)

Same properties as Mineral Oil. Industrially it is used as a grease component.

SODIUM LAURYL SULFATE (SLS) and SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE (SLES) (MSDS)

Potentially, SLS is perhaps the most harmful ingredient in personal-care products. SLS is used in testing-labs as the standard skin irritant to compare the healing properties of other ingredients. Industrial uses of SLS include: garage floor cleaners, engine degreasers and car wash soaps. Studies show its danger potential to be great, when used in personal-care products. Research has shown that SLS and SLES may cause potentially carcinogenic nitrates and dioxins to form in the bottles of shampoos and cleansers by reacting with commonly used ingredients found in many products. Large amounts of nitrates may enter the blood system from just one shampooing.

Sodium Fluoride (MSDS) - used as Rat poison, do you want it in your toothpaste?

Cocoamide DEA, TEA, MEA, (MSDS), diethanolamine, triethanolamine, sudsing agents, known carcinogens, seen on CBS News in 1998.

BENTONITE or KAOLIN

Clays in foundations that may clog and suffocate the skin.

GLYCERIN (synthetic)(MSDS)

Draws moisture from inside the skin, and holds it on the surface for a better ';feel';. Dries skin from the inside out. Listed on MSDS as hazardous

Titanium Dioxide (MSDS) -now FINALLY declared a carcinogen, 2001

COLLAGEN and ELASTIN of HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT

Derived from animal skins and ground-up chicken feet. Both of these ingredients form films that may suffocate and over-moisturize the skin. BAR SOAPS Made from animal fat and lye. May let bacteria feed and grow in it. May corrode %26amp; dry the skin.
